Right of withdrawal

Due to the perishable nature of the goods, there is no possibility of revocation after the end of the order period.

You have the right to revoke the contract until the end of the order period without giving any reason before preparing the perishable product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail to info@fruchtwerk.de about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your cancellation of this agreement. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.
